Customer schedule because the door was not closing, when I got in site, I found a cable hat rusted out, causing the door to go crooked during operation, which is the opener sense and then reversed itself. Cables, bottom, brackets, and rollers were replaced once those parts were replaced, the door operated flawlessly.
A service was scheduled because the garage door was making excessive noise. When I arrived on site, I did find a broken spring. Which that would explain excessive noise because the opener was lifting half the weight of the door from the top section putting excessive stress on all moving parts. Once the springs were replaced, the door had operated flawlessly and quiet quietly.
